1. Cancelling your subscription
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or via the Stripe billing portal linked from your profile. Cancellation stops the next renewal but does not produce a refund for the current billing period.
Once you cancel, you keep access to the Service until the end of the current billing period, after which your access reverts to the free tier (if available) or closes.
2. UK / EU cooling-off right
If you are a consumer in the UK or the EU, you have a statutory right to cancel a new subscription within 14 days of the start of the first billing period without giving a reason.
When you subscribe, you expressly request that we start providing the Service immediately. By doing so you acknowledge that, if you cancel within the 14-day cooling-off period, you may be charged a proportionate amount for the Service already supplied up to the point you told us you wanted to cancel.

3. Refunds outside the cooling-off period
Outside the statutory cooling-off period, subscription fees are non-refundable. We do not provide refunds or credits for partially-used billing periods, unused features, or where you have forgotten to cancel before renewal. We may, however, consider refunds on a discretionary case-by-case basis, for example where the Service has been materially unavailable for an extended period due to our fault.
4. Price changes
If we change the price of your subscription plan, the new price will only take effect at your next renewal. You will receive reasonable advance notice and will have the option to cancel before the new price applies.
5. Failed payments
If a subscription renewal payment fails, we (via Stripe) may automatically retry the charge on your payment method. If payment cannot be taken, access to paid features may be suspended until the outstanding amount is paid. We will not take payments more than 7 days after the original renewal date without asking you first.
6. Chargebacks
Please contact us before requesting a chargeback from your bank — most issues can be resolved quickly by email. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts where payments are disputed and a chargeback is issued without first contacting us.
7. How to request a refund
Email support@racingstatto.com from the email address on your account, and include:
- your account email;
- the date of the charge and the last four digits of the payment card (if known); and
- a short description of the reason.
We aim to respond within 5 working days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method and can take 5–10 working days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank.
